The Gig
Ready to dive into the wild, wonderful world of entrepreneurship and start-ups? We're looking for a sharp, resourceful intern or assistant to help juggle multiple exciting ventures across co-working, marketing, CPG brands, and subscription commerce. Think of yourself as the Swiss Army knife of business and marketing support! This is an opportunity to gain a wide breath of experience while building companies and brands. Every week will look different as each entity will need varying support, the below list is an example of the type of work you would be doing.
What You'll Be Doing
Co-Working Space Magic:
Keep our creative hub humming with fresh coffee, stocked supplies, and general good vibes
Wrangle mail, nurture our (admittedly struggling) plant babies, and give tours to potential members
Handle the random-but-important stuff: signage updates, vendor coordination, basic admin filing
Marketing & Brand Adventures:
Social media assistance for various client and internal projects
B2B marketing support that could scale quickly with success
Project coordination for branding exercises and new client onboarding
CPG Brand Building:
Event planning and sampling coordination for product launches
Influencer outreach and PR opportunity monitoring
Trade show prep and startup community involvement
Creative project management as brands evolve
Subscription Box Innovation:
Brand partnership outreach and relationship building
Content creation for monthly box inserts
Sourcing, kitting, and fulfillment coordination
Social media seeding and affiliate program management
You're Perfect If You:
Love variety and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Have solid organizational skills and can prioritize like a pro
Are comfortable with social media, basic admin, and light creative tasks
Can work independently but aren't afraid to ask questions
Have reliable transportation for local errands and events (local to Nashua/Boston)
Bring positive energy and problem-solving skills to everything
Are pursuing a career in marketing / business
Bonus Skills:
Social Media Wizard: IG/TikTok expert who knows trends before they're trends
Google Drive Guru: Can navigate shared folders like a digital ninja
Ahh-maz-ing Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills that shine in emails, texts, and face-to-face convos
Master Multi-Tasker: Juggling projects without dropping balls is your superpower
Creative Problem Solver: When Plan A doesn't work, you're already cooking up Plans B, C, and D
High Energy "LET'S GO!" Attitude: You bring enthusiasm every day
Tech Ready: Own laptop (we'll hook you up with email and access to everything you need)
Local Market Savvy: Know the Greater Boston/NH scene for event opportunities
Event Planning Experience: Even if it's just organizing your friend's birthday party!
Basic Canva/Design Skills: Can whip up a quick flyer or social post when inspiration strikes
The Real Talk:
This isn't your typical internship. Projects will shift, priorities will pivot, and you'll probably tackle things we haven't even thought of yet. If you're looking for predictable routine, this isn't it. If you want to see how multiple businesses actually run and contribute to real growth? Let's chat!
